Sarah B. Stants, 78 of Ruffsdale, passed away Saturday, June 07, 2014 in Baldock Health Care Centre, N. Huntingdon. She was born December 5, 1935 in Melcroft a daughter of the late David and Nellie Robinson Cottle.
Sarah was a homemaker and a member of the Smithton Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her six children, Sherry Haines; Debra Albright; Walter Stants, Jr; Patty Jubic; Elaine Toth and Judy Bailey; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and a brother, Eldred Cottle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Stants, Sr; seven sisters and two brothers.
Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale where services will be held Tuesday at 11 am in the funeral home.
