Ruth I. Schuck, 73, of Scottdale, (East Huntingdon Township), passed away, Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at her home. She was born August 16, 1937 in Fenneltown, Pa. a daughter of the late Marcus and Cora (Guess)Thomas
Ruth was retired and had previously worked as a certified nursing assistant at Mt. View Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children, John M. Schuck of Raleigh, NC; Leslie A. Williams and husband Ricky of Mineral, VA; and Randy H. Schuck of Derry; five grandchildren a great-grandchild, two sisters, Joyce Wilkinson of United and Carolyn McLlnay and husband Fritz of New Alexandria.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Schuck and a sister Dolores Edsal.
A private family visitation and service will be held in GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale (724-887-7110) An Authorized Remembrance Provider.
