Ronald Gallagher

Ronald "Ron" Joseph Gallagher, 71, of Oriental, NC, passed away, Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in Carolina East Medical Center. He was born January 29, 1939 in Brownsville, Fayette County, a son of the late Charles and Marguerite Aarisen Gallagher. Ron retired from General Motors. He is survived by his wife Jerry Gallagher; two sons, Ronald J. Gallagher and wife Lori of Scottdale; Jesse Gallagher and wife Shelly of Bethlehem, Pa; three daughters, Sherry Brunot of Scottdale and Susan M. Sites and husband Mike and Wendy B. Gallagher both of Chambersburg, Pa.; two brothers, Charles E. Gallagher of Pennsylvania and John W. Gallagher of Niles, OH; a sister, Mary Robison of Clairton; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren and loving pet Dixie. Private visitation will be held for the family followed by interment in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth.
