Robert Seaman, Sr

Robert Charles Seaman, Sr., 80, of Alverton, passed away, Friday, September 09, 2011 in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. He was born May 14, 1931 in Bridgeport a son of the late William Kenneth and Edna Tamblyn Seaman. Bob retired from LE Smith Glass, Mt. Pleasant and attended the Center Bethel Church of God in Alverton. He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Jean (Johnson) Seaman; two children, Robert C. Seaman, Jr. and Debra J. Roeder and her husband William all of Alverton; four grandchildren whom he adored, William K. "Casey" Seaman; Sylvia J. Seaman, Heather M. Roeder and Shelly M. Roeder; a great-granddaughter, Olivia Seaman and a brother, Gerald Seaman and wife Donna of Mt. Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service in honor of Bob on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 7 pm in the Center Bethel Church of God, Alverton with Rev. Keith Solomon officiating.
