Mary Louise Lochinger Franks

Mary Louise Lochinger Franks, 99, of Scottdale passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Frick Hospital. She was born on February 17, 1927 in Brownsville the daughter of the late Lloyd Stanley Marker and Lucille McKenna Marker.

Mary Louise was a member of Jacobs Creek Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward William Lochinger in 1967; her second husband, John Franks in 2022; brothers, Leroy and Lloyd Marker; stepson, Patrick Franks and daughter in law Jackie Franks.

She is survived by her children, Edward W. Lochinger Jr. (Judy), Sandy Zerilla (Bill), and Dale ‘Bones’ Lochinger (Penny); stepsons, Jim (Kathy) and Tim Franks; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-greatgrandchild.

Honoring Mary Lousie’s wishes services will be private.
