Mark Brown

Mark A. Brown, 58 of Dunbar, formerly of Scottdale, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 in the Uniontown Hospital due to complications from COVID-19.  Mark was born December 17, 1962 in Mt. Pleasant a son of L. Daniel and Joan (Maciejewski) Brown of Scottdale.

Mark was currently employed by Hallcon as a transporter.  He had formerly worked with his parents at Westco Sign Company, Scottdale and Lens Crafters, Monroeville.  He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and in his spare time he enjoyed gourmet cooking, astronomy and was an avid reader.

In addition to his parents, Dan and Joan Brown, Mark is survived by his wife, Peggy (Connors) Brown, his siblings, Daniel Lee Brown (Julie) and Kristine Melillo (Mike) and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Karen A. Clark on November 26, 2019.

Services will be private for the family and are in the care of GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Scottdale.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scottdale Public Library 106 Spring St., Scottdale, PA 15683.
