Joseph W. "Joey" Baker, Jr.

Joseph W. “Joey” Baker, Jr. passed away tragically March 27, 2024 on his 25th birthday.  He was born March 27, 1999 in Greensburg the son of Susan Snyder (Jeremy Clark) and the late Joseph W. Baker, Sr. 

Joey was most recently employed at Mt. View Memory Care, Greensburg where he was maintenance supervisor and loved making things better for the residents. He was a graduate of Southmoreland High School Class of 2017.  Joey loved his family and  was a  good cook.  From a young age, Joey liked to ride dirt bikes and motorcycles—and ride them fast! If it had a motor he was interested. He was very handy and enjoyed fixing things . Joey had a rough exterior but those who knew him, knew what a big heart he had. He lived life to the fullest. 

He is survived by his loving family which includes his mother, Susan Snyder and stepfather Jeremy Clark, his girlfriend, Jordan Stull and her children, Amelia and Broly Stull; his grandparents, Neal Snyder (Sandra), Tammy Murphy (Terry), Ronald Clark (Barbara) Nancy Baker(Melvin)and several uncles, cousins and close friends.

In addition to his father, Joseph W. Baker, Sr. he was preceded in death by a brother Jacob Damien Baker, and several aunts and grandparents. 

Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 1 pm in the Scottdale Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Terry V.
