James D. Bowman, 80 of Scottdale, passed away, Saturday, July 4, 2015.
He was born May 7, 1935 in Scottdale a son of the late Irene Dillon.
Prior to his retirement, Jim was employed as a truck driver for Super Value.
He was a true family man and had many hobbies.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Theresa "Timmy" (Babura) Bowman; his devoted children, James D. Bowman, Jr; Susan Baughman and fiancAC. Mark Geary; Karen Hough and husband Brian and Carol Groff and husband Robert; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his brother, Butch Dillon.
Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 4 to 8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale where the visitation will conclude at 8 pm with a brief prayer service. Private interment will take place in St. John the Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to be used according to the wishes of the family.
