Henry Thomas

Henry Thomas, 93 of Scottdale, passed away, Thursday, July 8, 2021.  He was born February 24, 1928 in Everson a son of the late Henry L and Emma (Musgrove) Thomas.

Mr. Thomas was a plumber/pipefitter and operated Henry Thomas Mechanical Contracting.  He was a member of Local Union #354 Plumbers and Pipefitters.  He was a member of Center Bethel Church of God, Alverton,  and was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Barbara L. ( Finfrock) Thomas whom he married July 30, 1951; his caring children, Dr. Christine Thomas; Gwendolyn Eslep (Dennis); Henry L. Thomas (Kathleen); Deborah Smith (Donald); Carolyn Thomas and Patricia (Tish) Cramer (Rob); eleven grandchildren, Henry L. Thomas, III (Wendy), Jennifer Grabiak (Mike), Haley Depta (Bill), Cara Hileman (Justin), Emily Smith, Natalie Vernon (Reid), Andrew Cramer, Sam Hoza (fiance, Madison), Evie Thomas, Matthew Cramer and Madeline Cramer; six great-grandchildren, Gabriella Grabiak, Abigail Grabiak, Brady Grabiak, Shelby Thomas, Julia Depta and Payton Depta; a brother, Joseph Thomas (Shanley) and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, John Thomas, Harry Thomas, Alverda Dugger, Jesse Thomas, Ruth Wingrove, Freda Dugger, Reda Weimer and David Thomas.

Family and friends are welcome on Sunday from 1-3 and 5-8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 am in the Center Bethel Church of God, 428 Ruffsdale-Alverton Road, Alverton, PA 15612 with Pastor Lee Kline officiating.  Interment will follow in the Scottdale Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to the Center Bethel Church of God.  For online condolences, please visit www.gjfuneral.com
