George Ambrose Higgins, 63, of Arthurdale, WV passed away Friday, October 31, 2008 at his residence. He was born September 11, 1945 in Mt. Pleasant a son of the late Benjamin and Georgia Swift Higgins.
He worked at JB Gas Station in Reedsville and attended the Community Presbyterian Church in Arthurdale.
George is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Marcia) Percival Higgins; a daughter, Sherry Gohl and husband Rick; a son, Daniel Linderman of Glen Allen, VA; ten grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Armstrong in 2004.
Family and friends will be received in the chapel of GREEN RIDGE MEMORIAL PARK, Memorial Blvd. Connellsville on Wednesday from 1 until 2 pm the hour of committal services with Rev. Stephen C.
