John Koshar
July 3, 1949 — September 21, 2016
John Vincent Koshar, 67, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away September 21st 2016 after a long battle with cancer.
John was born July 3rd 1949, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Stevan and Isabel (Szallars) Koshar.
He worked for the Local 354 as a pipe welder and pipe fitter. John was an avid hunter and pool player. He enjoyed playing softball and was a dedicated Steelers fan.
He is survived by his fiancée, Margaret; son Chad Koshar and daughter-in-law, Chelie, and their two children Skylar and Cambria Koshar; daughter Jillian Leonard and son-in-law Christopher, twins Kylie and Tyler Anthony; brother Stevan Koshar and wife Tammy; niece Jenna Koshar; step sons, Richard and Robert Bauer; stepdaughter Saundra Meyer; seven step grandchildren and three great step grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by brother, Barry Koshar and sister Eileen (Koshar) Hensel.
He will be loved and missed by family, friends and his cat Smokey.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa.
